The problems of Portugal can't be solved in three years

The accumulated imbalances will take another ten or fifteen years to be resolved. The reform effort of the economy and to the consolidation of accounts of the State will have to be pursued in the next ten to fifteen years regardless of which party is in power.

Any Constitutional leads must be replaced by measures that are likely to have more adverse effects on the portuguese economy.

This imbalances and distortions was accumulated over decades and can't be solved in three years adjustment arising from external assistance.
